She credits Diet Designs to helping her shed pounds after gaining 13 for a movie role. After the movie, and before her wedding to husband Josh Duhamel, she got back to her meal service and to her rigorous fitness routine.

- Breakfast:Veggie omelet, of six egg whites, salsa and hot sauce.
- Midday Snack: Fergie fuels up with light organice cheese or whole wheat toast and peanut butter. She’s also a fan of Kashi cereal bars.
- Mid AM snack: She eats low fat yogurt with low sugar granola.. The granola helps to maintain fullness. She also eats berries for lunch.
- Pre-Dinner Snack: Pureed vegetable soup, which is very filling and savory.
- Dinner: Salmon and whole wheat couscous. She also adds vegetables to her dinner with a topping like mustard or light salad dressing.
Pretty basic meals, but they are definitely low in carbohydrates and sugar. Fergie also says that she takes a teaspoon of vinegar daily to help with bloating, which is a secret she swears by.
